    You will have to share the Agreement for a proper Advice and the procedure can be stated once the documents are gone through.

    Otherwise the General Rule is that if you go ahead with any transaction after 10 years, transaction fee would be required to be paid calculated on the sale value and usually is equal to the maximum stamp duty on the property or Rs. 1 Lakh whichever is more (varies from state to state).
