I have resigned during my probation period but I am willing to work the 2 months notice period as per my appointment letter. The company is forcing an early release on me without the notice period salary. What should I do?

I joined the company on 22nd June 2023. My probation period is 6 months. I resigned on 6th September, willing to serve the 2 month notice perio as per the appointment agreement.but now the company is asking me to be relieved on 15th September itself and will not pay me in lieu of the notice period.

It is the discretion of the company if they would like to make you serve the notice period. if the company is not willing to do the same, you have no choice.
