i have taken property on rent on 1st Jan with 11 month rent agreement, now owner has sold the property and saying us to vacate, what are our legal remedies in this case as its not only cost money to shift but ruin our mental prace also.

i have taken a property on rent in 1st Jan with 11 Month agreement and suddenly owner had sold out property and said us to vacate the home with 1 month notice, what can i do in this matter as it cost me not only financially but also mentally.

If the agreement is registered agreement for rent or notarised then approach the rent controller against the owner for misguiding and selling the property without completing the term of the agreement. Stay may be granted to you by the Rent Controller against vacating the property.
