I m living in appartment society.Near my flat some people playing cricket and crating nuicence and damage to my furniture window glasses and my kids also on risk of injuryWhat can be done.They are not playing in play area.

I m living in appartment society.Near my flat some peploe with kids aged about 15 to 40 years playing cricket and cause damage to my furniture glass window s andy children also on risk of injury by ball.
It is not playing area.
What can be done legally?

If it is creating nuisance, you can seek police help and even make a complaint to your area municipal corporation for the nuisance being created. Simultaneously, if you can find out the name and address of the children playing, legal notices can be sent to their parents asking for damages to your property and requesting them for asking their children to play without causing nuisance and harm to other residents of the society.
