I paid a car rental company, but the payment failed. But now they are asking me to do the payment but my banks is blocked due to KYC reason, as I mentioned, as soon as it will get activated I will pay. But now they are mentioneing we will file the complaint of IPC 406 and 420 agaisnt me.

Question

I paid them by axis bank, but payment was failed due to unknown reason, when I sent them the snapshot, it shows that the payment has been processed. But now they been mentioning that, payment has not been completed. So , I checked with the bank, I need to get the get the KYC details submit again and the account is blocked. So I did that, it will take 24-48 hours, Till then I need to wait but the owner is saying he will file the complaint by FIR under IPC 406 and IPC 420. What should I do?

    If they actually file a complaint against you and the police calls you then in that case, arrange the money and pay the amount which is pending and blocked due to your KYC. The matter will be closed.
