If you have not paid your credit card dues, you would need to get into settlement with the bank however usually the bank will not settle anything less than the amount you have spent on your credit card for any one time settlement however for the settlement at EMI, it has to be negotiated. you can contact the team via Whatsapp for further assistance with the bank procedure and negotiations.
