I want to ask question regarding recovery of money

I have given some money to my online frnd, but now he is not giving it back, as I have online proof of payment, suggest me some option as I won’t file a police complaint

    It is advisable to send him a legal notice putting the proof in the body of the Legal Notice. if he doesnt pay even then, your option would be to file a recovery suit in the court. Contact the team at InstaLegal through whatsapp if you intend to proceed with legal notice.
