Landlord
1. First gave a Room of 13k at 9k during Covid.
2. 1 month later, i asked for 8k as this was a PG i wasnt availing Food, Kitchen on third Floor where i asked was inforemd that it was part of Rent and no fees.
3. Next Day after signing contract he refused to perform his part to 9k but after negotiation he gave for 8k.
4. When the Gas Cylinder was Over he said id have to make contribution for it , to which i refused as i was already not availing food and he informed while booking the flat taht all Kitchen amemnties were apart of the Rent.
5. As this lead to an argument , he increased the rent deliberately to 13k without discussion or giving me an alternative , few days later i saw that he posted on housing .com for rent as 10k.

He has caused much stress wherein i was not able to sleep properly for days following that. I gave my Notice Period on 16th of September and the last date was on 16th Oct as per the notice period contract of 30days.
i informed before hand and 3 days earlier also i informed the caretaker that my last day would be on the 16th of October and id leave in the evening. On the last day there, at 4pm i reached out to caretaker for the deposit amount after inspection of the premises, no deduction were to be made .
This is when all HEll broke loose. i waited for my owner to return money via electronic transaction as he didnt have exact amount in cash. I had to give my new landlord security deposit too, and to keep all records in place i chose online transaction.
i waited, an hour as he said he was intraffic but i needed it urgently as i was laeving. Few moments later, Lamdlord said next day, this caused me more mental stress as i already informed them of my last date . they should have been prepared with the Money of 9K deposit. I had to call the women’s helpline for Intervention.

I’d like a legal notice send for creulty metted out to me.
