Iam a web developer i had joined in a digital marketing company as a front end developer with the salary of 13,000/-, they assigned me a job , but i said to manager that i will quite the job after 1 month because of the bad ambiance , the project was a lot of issues and a died line also , but unfortunately that project had gone , the client had asked the company for refund the money so the company had said me to resign, Here my query will i get my one month salary of around 13,000/- , is there any issue for that ,here the main issue is they had never given me a offer letter or a experience certificate so what i want to do

If you were on the rolls of the company, you are within your right to demand your salary for one month that you worked. The non issuance of the employment letter wouldnt be of much concern if the company accepts that you indeed worked with the company as a employee on the particular project for such period as claimed by you and that no employment letter was issued for whatever reason. chances of getting your salary are higher.
