Injunction order in TPS

Question

I have probate certificate still sub-judge passed an injunction order against me that i can’t do construction in my home until disposal of title partition suit over the same property.

What can i do now? Whether probate certificate has no importance??

Please advice what can i do now. It tortures my mind every day and makes me lose faith in justice.

    the partition suit is filed for the properties which were part of the probate?
    First get clarified from the contents of the partition suit filed by the other party and if the probate has not been disclosed then in that scenario, file an application for vacating the stay order portraying true facts and that the respondent has not come to court with clean hands.
    Probate certificate granted by the Court has full force and if this party who has filed the partition suit was not a party in the probate case then he can even challenge the probate certificate received by you.
