For adopting a child , is it sufficient to get GODINAAMA document.
Will it may prospect parent to be the Legal Parent of an abandoned child

    If the godinamma is registered and in accordance with the law, prescribed rules and regulations, it shall be valid in law. the adopted parents will become the mother and father of the adopted child legally.
