I feel my company is monitoring/controlling my and my family’s personal phones, computer systems,email and social media accounts since I am working from home away from base office location, is it legal for them to do so? What other means of surveillance can be used by an employer, like satellite surveillance etc?
What are laws and guidelines given by Labour Ministry, Ministry of Information and Broadcast and TRAI.
Can companies use employee’s personal data for marketing, advertising and other purposes?

    No it is not legal. If the employer is doing so, then you are required to have a proper anti virus software which doesnt display any information on your google or other browsers.
