    There is no legal bar and a person can be a Director in two or more companies at the same time. However it is advisable that once you are a Director in one company then while signing the papers for becoming director of the second company, you may disclose the same as per the legal terms required. Further, if you are opening a new company of which you become a Director then you may while getting the DIN may mention the same.
