Journal asking for money wrongfully

Question

I submitted an article to the journal clearly stating I will not be able to pay. They reached me before publication demanding money but I made it clear again and didn’t pay anything. They still published my article online amd after more than 6 months of publication demanding money from me and threatening that they will take action against against me The journal is saying to be based in London and is compelling me to pay 80 euros. I asked them to share the details of the editor in chief but they simply told me to visit the website where the email of the editor is not mentioned There has been no documentsor signaturesof me where I have agreed to pay the publicationcharges rather I have made it very clear to consider my article only if you can publish it for free.

If you have made it clear that you shall not be able to make payment of any amount for publishing the document and yet the journal has published it, then the journal cannot make a claim for making any payment after publishing the same. Tell them that you will file a complaint with the concerned police if they harassed you for payment as you never agreed to make any payment. Meanwhile, act legally only if you receive any legal notice or any court summons from them after verifying that the same are genuine.
