Labour union

Question

We are running a logistics company and employed around 100 labours at our warehouse they are not permanent labours and keep changing frequently but as per the Maharashtra labour law we have to register them and pay leavy to government for their gratuity and bonus but since they are changing frequently how we will register each one and legalise the process also some one advised us to form a labour union in the name of company so that we will not fall under mathadi act.

Need advice from you how to deal with this situation.

    Your query requires detailed discussion however the Mathadi act is applicable on labour unions as well because the labour unions of Mathadi workers can make a complaint to the Board or the panel formed by the government. you may mention the time period for which the laborer is be hired and how they are employed. is it through some contractor or directly??
