lease house issue

Question

One of my relatives borrow Rs.50000 from me and later they registered as lease their house to my name for 3 years . I registered on the subject property in the Surandai- sub registrar office last monday. At present one of the owner wife is not vacating that house . total 4 owners. (3female and 1 male) that male owner wife is creating a problem.
what is the solution. i have given complaint to police station and they advise me to approach to court.

    File for a suit for specific performance of the lease entered between you and the owner. It seems like this is a plan of the owner who though complied with your demand but with the help of the wife is creating unnecessary troubles. Though police should have helped you, nevertheless you can file a complaint against the male owner for cheating and fraud because if he has given you on lease, the wife is bound to comply because she isnt the owner and as per law the wife is a tresspasser in the property after the registration.
