Legal notice for breach of service agreement with employer

Question

I got legal notice from my previous employer for not completing the 2 year service agreement. I have company laptop and I’d card which I haven’t returned yet. Currently I am pursuing MBA and not working anywhere. Please advice.

    You need to suitably respond to the legal notice. Further surrender the assets of the company immediately. they can even file a criminal case of cheating and breach of trust against you. Hire an advocate
