We recently received a legal notice regarding a vehicle loan, regarding loan no. TFLCKYVL18N02006941,
But as per the notice it’s written that we haven’t done any payments for the closure of the loan but on September 2 nd we have closed the loan payment of 50,000 at tatwa office, chalakudy and we were informed that the case has been consoled with that amount as the repayment of loan was dued due to the vehicle accident. But now the legal notice claims for a property execution.

If the settlement whereafter the loan was got closed, some document must have been received by you after the closure of the loan account. You are advised to send appropriate reply through a lawyer by annexing all the documents which would show that the loan account has already been closed after repayment of the loan money. hence, they would be required to withdraw the notice as sent to you.
