Maintainance charges
Question
We have give our land to builders and we got 2 floors .In builders floor they constructed triple bedrooms and in the same area we made in single and double.Now as per rule what should be the maintenance charges ? Should we give 4 maintenance amounts instead of two? And when ever there is any repair in the apartment they are charging twice amounts showing that we have 4flats? And we are paying water bills seperately

The maintenance charges are to be paid floor wise and not room wise. If separate water bills are made, then the units would be considered as separate dwelling unit and maintenance charges would be incurred as per dwelling unit.
