My case is related to property my property was illegally possessed by someone. As I failed to file contempt petition in one year and around twelve years have passed since I got judgement in my favour. What should I do? Will I not get my property now?

‘my property was illegally possessed by someone. I got judgement in my farmer is 2011. The judgement states – mandamus is therefore issued to the district magistrate Begusarai and superintendent of police Begusarai jointly who are directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law and provide full security and safety to the property forthwith upon the presentation of a copy of this older before either of them when it shell be the obligation of the one to inform the other.
I did not file contempt petition in time. Now what should I do? How will I get my property now?

    If the order is in your favour, you can approach either of the authorities to do the needful. If the contempt is not filed, then you can file a complaint of tresspass against the person holding the property.
