My lawyer induced me to sell my newly purchased flat to him at a price less than the market value. Accordingly, i sold my flat to him. Now i want to avoid the contract . How do i do that

Answer ( 1 )

  1. It depends on what proof do you have to prove that the lawyer induced you. If you are able to prove that on valid documents then you can file a case against the advocate for cheating you in the bar council where the advocate is registered. else simply tell the advocate that you are not interested anymore to sell the flat. you can return the money taken if the registration is done. or you can get the deed cancelled by executing a cancellation deed.
