All my media accounts are hacked there is a malicious spread. My father died in mysterious circumstances and the entire set up is geared up so that I may never get married. What is my recourse.

    File a criminal complaint with all the data that you have. a complaint under the Information technology act is required to be filed before the cyber crime cell. approach the police and get help at the earliest because they can track who has hacked and what IP address is being used to do such act and the person using that IP address can be traced by the cyber cell.
