My wife cheated me.We had arranged marriage.after 2 months,I got to know my wife was pregnant.we knew her marriage got cacelled as fiance died .however Iwe didn’t consider but she has hidden truth.my mother is not at all well.she will not be able to hear the truth.so I accepted her child with heavy heart.but I see she is nit at all adjusting and unsupported.Now her child is 4 yr old.i can’t stay in this relationship pls help

IF you cannot stay in the relationship, then you can apply for divorce or seek divorce on mutual consent if your wife agrees. further, since the child is now 4 years old, he will still be illegitimate child till the time you adopt the child. moreover, at this stage you cannot file for nullity of marriage since you condoned the act of your wife and accepted the child.
