    If you want to file for divorce, then you can file it immediately. need not wait for mutual divorce. if she is intending to get a divorce from you then she wouldnt have filed the false cases. Moreover, it is too early for filling quashing petition unless it is on compromise between the parties.

    Further, if your marriage is not consummated, you can also file for nullification of the marriage if fraud has been played upon you in getting married with her.
