Need an advice in Civil case and need to talk lawyer

Hello sir,
I am Malla Naveen Kumar from jangaon, Telangana state. Actually we have civil case pending in the jangaon court for the past 10 years. The property is registered in the name of my grandfather, he got land from his ancestral. In 2016 My grandfather and his daughter filed a petition in the court for partition, currently the case has been pending in the court. Actually my grandfather has 2 sons and three daughters, recently my grandfather registered the land in the name of his one son and two daughters without consent of others. I need an advice and suggestions from your side. Can you help me with this.

The grandfather cannot get the ancestral property registered in name of specific children without any partition. if the partition proceedings are pending, you are now required to challenge the mutation which has been made on the basis of the registration. The registration as such is illegal and has no legality in the eyes of law. Send a legal notice to the registration authorities as well as grandfather regarding the wrong action taken by them. meanwhile for the fraud being committed by the grandfather in collusion with the registration authorities, take appropriate criminal action as well.
