next appeal after junior div

Respected Sir
A case of eviction suit had been pending in junior division.
The case had been dismissed recently in favor of tenant in junior division.
Myself Landlord plaintiff side.
The suit valuation is 12.000/- confirmed by junior division Judge.
Premise value is 3.50.000/-.
Can I file appeal high court?
Will the case be accepted in high court?

    Before approaching the High Court, exhaust other appellate authority i.e. rent appeal authority.
