sir mera nam asandeep hai mai lenovo laptop sales me kam raha tha in vijay sale me as sales person from lenovo but some reson se maine lenovo chod dia hai maine 30 days notice period bhi serv kiya hai par mera manager muze NOC nahi de raha hai aur muze mail pe ek NOC aya hai usme likha ki mai vijay sales counter pe kam nahi kar sakta from any other brand par mere joining latter me kahi aisa likha nahi hai aur nahi mere offer latter me ab kya karna chahiye aap bataiyea

You are entitled to raise a labour dispute for redressal of your grievance as once your resignation is accepted, you are not an employee of the company and NOC is required to be issued. they cannot force you to work with their company only. Raise a labour dispute by filing a complaint before the labour commissioner for illegal practices being followed.
