I have been employed in the Hospital since the year 2019. During the services, I got pregnant for which I had requested leave for maternity leave. Subsequently, I have written letters for the resumption of duties but have been denied every tie citing one or other reasons. I have read the maternity law amendment act which makes me eligible to seek maternity benefits from my employer. Kindly suggest me what to do.
