Non payment of salary of one month.

Question

Sir,
I was working as a doctor in a company (X) from October 2022 but my salary was from a third party company (Y) as I was officially employer of Y. On March 28 I have to leave the job suddenly. & I informed everyone in company X but didn’t inform the company Y.
Now they are not giving me salary on the basis of this fact that I had resign the job without giving any prior notice. On 1 April another doctor joined the company.

Now, can I ask company that as you told I have not submitted any resignation neither in company X nor company Y. So how can you say I am no more employee in your company .If I was absent 29,30,31 March then officially you had to serve me a notice period of one month & if I would not follow that notice period then you have the right of retaining the salary of one month of April. Without giving notice period only on the basis of three days absent you hire another person for job.

Am I legally have right to ask this to company?because company has to provide the notice period .

    You are advised to send a Legal Notice through an advocate demanding your salary as well as proper reliving. Your employment terms and conditions will play a major role in the same henceforth kindly read your terms and condition as mentioned in the employment letter/agreement carefully before approaching the company for demand of reliving formalities.
