I am Group A officer in Defence,Government Of India.Initially I have appointed in adhoc..through interview board ..in 1999..in 2000 have filed case in allahabad cat.cat has given order of regularization in 2001.department had moved to highcourt against this order.after 14 years ,in 2015 ,department withdraw thair writ petioion and regularized my services.but inspite of given regularization benefits ,they have given me fresh recruitment status..for which I have filed again a case in cat allahabad..cat has given order(THEY WILL GET ALL CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS NOTIONALLY,FROM THEIR INITIAL ADHOC APPOINTMENT,EXCEPT ARRIER OF SALARY.)But my department has not given seniority and scale ,only thing i got , is old pension and increaments…what to do..
