Can an Affidavit be submitted after the public auction that the amount that will be released from the court should be distributed accordingly

    For that no affidavit is required. Disbursal of the property has to be on the directions of the High Court if the auction is taking place through the court. in such case, you can move an appropriate application seeking the said directions.
