For Survey number 345/2 partition deed is in my name. But online Patta is in my relatives name. He transferred patta to his name during UDR period. He has an unregistered sale deed which was made 35 years ago. Agriculture Land is in his possession. So if I try to transfer patta in my name, can he file a declaration suit for possession or suit for performance of specific act ? The title for this disputed land is now in my favour or his favour ? Please advice.
