What are the provisions under CRPC when an FIR be quashed by the Honourable High Court after filing a charge sheet in the case?

    The petitioner can file a petition under section  482 Cr.pc   for quashing of FIR after filing of charge sheet if the prima facie case is not made out from the perusal of  FIR and charge sheet and  evidence collected during the course of investigation . There is no bar for taking cognisance of such petitions by the High Court
