I was allotted site by reputed Housing society 20 years back. The layout is approved by BDA. My 1st khata is from BDA and had paid taxes. Now I have BBMP A Khata and have been paying taxes for the last 15 years online for vacant site. Some of the allottees have constructed houses. Now some BBMP Revenue officials have come and stating that there will RAJAKALUVE passing on our sites. My neighbor is constructing his house on his site. These officials are asking him to stop the work for this reason. Now what I have to do. Is it advisable to retain the site or sell the same and buyers are asking for half the market rate.
