Hello mam I want to resign me company without serving notice period of 1 month.
Organization has said me to pay basic of 1 month added with gst.
Can you explain me it.?
And what is the percentage of gst for this

    Are they paying your salary with GST invoice pay slip? If not then they cannot ask you to pay GST however otherwise 18% GST is charged.
