Regarding company agreement

Question

Company states that they will take loan on our name of 400000 they will provide training for 9 months and after training period is over we have to work for company for 3 years.should i trust or will there be any consequences

    The Company taking loan on your name doesnt sound a good proposition. better not to get employed with such company
