Reignation in Probation

Question

Sir,
I joined my bank on 1st July 2021. Then I signed a bond of Rs. Lakh that I will serve the bank for a minimum of two years. My probation period is also two years.

Now, I wish to resign from the job. And the notice period for probation is of one month.

If I resign on 15th June 2023, I must serve the bank for another month until 15th July. So, I will serve the bank for more than two years.

In this condition, do I have to pay the bond money? Or, since two years are completed, so no money has to be paid?

Please guide.

If the term of 2 years mentioned in the bond period is completed then no money is to be paid under the bond. read the terms of the bond carefully before resigning during the probation. If in the probation terms, the resignation clause is provided which is not differed on the change of bond period, no amount is required to be paid once the notice period is duly served.
