Resignation not accept and ful & final money will not paid.

Question

Hello Team,I am working in MNC from last 7.3 years.Last month end 30.06.2022, I resigned from my job to join another MNC , which is not competitor of my current company.But still my current company not accepted my resignation.I am doubtful that my current company will not pay me my all due money (variable, incentive) and also for balance leaves.How shall I go ahead..!!Pls. Suggest….

    If the resignation is not accepted there must be a reason behind it. if it is due to the ongoing project wherein you are also a key member, then request them to release you as soon as the project is over. in such scenario if they do not settle your dues, issue them a legal notice through an advocate or file a suit claiming your salary and other dues from the employer.
