Revenue site next to Kaluve. House construction Risk

Hello Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a site in Tirumalashetty Halli village, Banaglore rural. This site is a revenue site and next to village kaluve. This kaluve was in use long ago, but now the village panchayat formed a road along with the kaluve and there is no sign of kaluve any more. Many houses are constructed along the kaluve/road. If I want to construct house what would be the risk and what are my best options. Please advise.

    The query does not seem to be legal in nature however if you are constructing a house unauthorisedly, then the same may be demolished as per law so better to get the land transferred in your name and take permission for constructing on the same.
