Question

I am seeking employment on Compassionate grounds in place of my father who passed away. In Spite of eligibility, I am denied vacancy owing citing lack of vacancy? What legal options I have?

    You can challenge the order passed by the authority by way of filing the writ petition in the high court by pleading that they have illegally denied the appointment on the ground that there is no vacancy.
