Posting this on behalf of my 80 year old grandmother: Her son took a SBI credit card with her address as permanent address although he resides somewhere else. Now, SBI recovery agents are threatening her to pay the settlement amount else they will stick a notice outside her house. My questions: 1. Can they force her to pay that amount even though she is no way related to the card? 2. What notice are they going to stick outside her house
