Dear lawyer I would like to sell a plot of land which is half constructed over the pillar of the building is shared with another user uh huh is on our land however when the excavation was taken place it was constructed together in current scenario I would like to sell that plot of land to user power user is asking for NOC could you please confirm whether this is required as a legal compliance or do I need to take a concurrence from the the neighbour to sell my plot
