Signing a matrimonial settlement deed, when one partner is in India and other in Australia

Question

Hello,
I got married in India, After lot of court cases and troubles, me and my wife decided for mutual divorce. We have to sign a settlement agreement which carries all the contractual terms including money and quashing of pending FIR’s. Problem is, I am in Australia and she is in India. In COVID times, I cannot travel to India. Is there a way we can sign a legal settlement agreement? like she can sign the document in India, get it notarised and send it to me and I can sign it here and get it attested from consulate . Will it be considered legal? or sign in counterparts? Need help, as no one giving me a clear advice. thanks in advance.

You can sign it in australia by  asking them to send the papers here and after signing it send them back. Or you can do one thing give special power of attorney to one of your relative to sign the documents in india on your behalf and mention inthe spoa that you will be beund by all documents signed by him . By this way you can file any petition in any court in india through your special power of attorney. It is valid under law
