Stamping of decree

This is in respect of decrees in general. Does it requires to be stamped at the time of enforcement, be it a decree by Indian Courts or Foreign Courts?

The decree in general, whether passed by an Indian Court or a Foreign Court, does not needs to be stamped. However, a decree affecting the rights of parties in any immovable property, needs to be stamped and requisite registration also needs to be done. Decree such as decree for partition, is one of them.
