Termination without Salary and Remuneration

Question

Question: I had been employed as a Principal of a leading institute in Chandigarh and credited with various accomplishments to my credit. Some days back they found another candidate citing inadequacies about my operational policies. Consequently, I left the job due to increasing harassment. My salary and benefits have been withheld citing that I have overstanding dues. I am a victim of the management’s injustice and currently unemployed.

What are the options available as I am seeking an ad hoc employee but have the right to leave the job without prior notice to Institution?

Your facts are somehow not clear. Were you on probation when you left the job? You will have to issue a legal notice asking them to pay your salary and remuneration after giving the entire balance sheet regarding the outstanding dues. after your receive the balance sheet showing the outstanding, have a discussion with them. on the basis of the same, if you really have any dues to be paid, then negotiate on it. meanwhile, you can have any appointment on ad hoc basis provided the new institute or the school is not having a problem with the past experience.
