Transfer of ownership

Question

My aunty(mother’s sister) purchased a property in her name in 2014 and made a registered will in my name in 2015. My aunty have no children. She suffered from dementia since 2019 and passed away in 2023. My uncle is taken care by his brother. Now i have applied for transfer of ownership of property based on will. At the same time my uncle applied for transfer of ownership based on legal heir stating that my will was cancelled. He created a unregistered forgery will after knowing that i have will. Now for whose favour the title of ownership goes?

    If the Will made in your favour is registered will then he will have to prove that the Will which he is possessing was the last will made by her in a sound mind. If the aunty suffered from dementia after the Will was made in your favour then you can prove by way of medical record that the WILL made in favour of uncle is a bogus will created to defeat your right. An appropriate suit challenging the WILL is advisable to be filed in appropriate court.
