on july 26,2020 i was pulled over for going a few miles over speed limit…the officer told me there was a warrant for my arrest so he was going to take me in.the warrant was a capias for failure to appear for child support hearing dated feburary 17,2017.since that order was put in place i have paid my child support in full and child support office told me they would have the warrant dropped..i tried telling the police officer this but he wouldn’t listen to me.i spent 3 days in county jail over this and only got out due to my sister contacting child support office they said i never should have been arrested..and one more thing the officer never once read me my miranda rights.is there anything that i can do about this/
