Who is the legal hire for property of widowed women with no children

My aunt (mothers sister) has 2 properties. one is 4 acres land a dowry property, another one is 10 cents gifted by my father. my mothers brother wife wants my aunts property by raising false allegations and blackmailing my parents that she will file a case in court incase if my parents dont agree to give her property.

If the property is self acquired property then your uncle’s wife doesnt have a share in the property so even if she files a case, the chances of her success are less. in the ancestral property, the granddaughter would have right in the share of her father’s ancestral property and the wife can claim maintenance from the share of the husband in the ancestral property.
