Wife left, then I applied for divorce and she wants to come back but I’m not willing to live with her
Question
It’s been close to 3 years that we are separated now. She left my home many times since we got married, the last she left in 2020, post that contacted couple of times after that no contact. So I moved for divorce in court in 2021 and the case is currently in Median stage. What will happen now? Will the judge be able to give divorce? We don’t have any kids, I’m not ready to accept her at any cost and she’s not willing to give divorce. So many problems have occurred which haunts me everytime we rejoined, so decided to leave it once for all. Any information can you give?

If it is at the mediation stage then either resolve it by paying a lump sum money and then convert the petition into a mutual divorce petition or if the mediation fails, then the court will decide if divorce is to be granted on the basis of the evidence produced by both the parties in the court and whoever is able to prove the allegations, the verdict shall be in that persons favour.
