I have been married in 2016. My wife has made my life miserable after few months of my marriage due to below:
a) Always insulting or quarelling infront of friends or family for silly reasons.
b) Many times due to bad mood she will not serve me food. If i eat food alone, she will quarrel with me.
c) Always complaining & speaking bad things about my parents.
d) Attempted fake suicide multiple times.
e)Threatening to speak lies against me and family.
e) Now a week back i informed her that i would divorce her as i cannot take her mental torture anymore. Hence she is threatening to speak lies against me and family. She tells me that all laws are in favour of women.

Please advise. Can I file a General Diary or complaint in Police station ? will it help?
